We have USBC Certified Instructors available to offer an
excellent, informative, enjoyable lesson experience for any level bowler!

Private Individual Lesson Rates:
1 Lesson:  $30
3 Lesson Package:  $75
Couples Lesson:  $45

 Each lesson lasts approximately 45 minutes.

Private Individual Lessons with Video Analysis:
1 Lesson:  $50
3 Lesson Package:  $125
Couples Lesson w/ Video Analysis:  $75 

Your video lesson with audio analysis will be emailed to you for your reference!
Each video lesson lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Bowling 101 Clinics:
Comprehensive curriculum with classroom and on-lane sessions. Topics include:  scorekeeping, equipment basics, ball fitting, approach fundamentals, spare shooting, adjusting for lane conditions and the mental game.  Fees based on the number of students attending and any additional costs such as food.

Advanced Clinics:
Ideal for high school teams!  Designed to meet the needs of each client.  Clinics will focus on increasing the knowledge, skill, and ability of the intermediate and advanced skill player.  Fees based on the number of students attending and any additional costs such as food. 
                        
Bowling game fees are included in the above lesson fees as long as the lesson is taught at one of the following bowling centers:

AMF Plamor Lanes (Nashville, TN)
Smyrna Bowling Center (Smyrna, TN)
