We have USBC Certified Instructors available to offer an
excellent, informative, enjoyable lesson experience for any
level bowler!
Individual Lesson Rates:
1 Lesson: $25
3 Lesson Package: $65

Each lesson lasts approximately 30 - 45 minutes
Bowling game fees are included in the lesson
fee as long as the lesson is taught at
AMF Plamor Lanes (Nashville, TN), Smyrna Bowling
Center (Smyrna, TN), or
Tullahoma Lanes (Tullahoma, TN).

Why does USBC certification matter?
Coaches who are USBC certified have invested their time and
financial resources to learn from the best in the sport of
bowling how to "coach". "Coaching" is not just standing
back and telling an athlete what they are doing wrong and
then simply telling them to do it right. "Coaching"
encompasses analysis, diagnosis, and problem solving with
the goal of increased repetitive shots and improved "good
bowling habits" yielding better results. A good coach will
help the athlete understand "what caused" them to do
something incorrect and then offer solutions to help them
improve and gravitate towards "good bowling habits".
